Midland Air Service Experts was thrilled to participate in the Midlands Ride for Kids last month. April 2016 is the second year that Midland Air has raised money for this wonderful event that benefits the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the leading nonprofit funding research into childhood brain tumors. The raised money funds free education resources, college scholarships for brain tumor survivors, and emergency financial assistance for families.
Midland Air Service Experts contributed $1000 to this amazing cause and the nationwide event has raised over $500,000. Rebecca Jumper, Midland Air’s PLUS Maintenance Agreement Specialist, has been involved in the event since 2014 and her father’s riding group rides in the Midlands Ride for Kids annually.
“My dad’s riding group participates every year because they can have fun and ride motorcycles, all for this incredible cause.” Take a look at Rebecca’s dad below with his 2016 rider:
The generous motorcycle club may do it for fun, but Midland Air Service Experts isn’t as into the riding part of the event. “We just do it for the kids,” said Rebecca.
